Account & Login

How do I sign up for an account?

Click Sign Up and follow the steps indicated. Please fill in all the blanks as your details are needed for identification and authentication purposes.

How do I change my username?

Due to security reasons, users are not allowed to change their usernames once the account has been registered.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password under 'My Account' > 'Change Password'. You can also reset your forgotten password here.

How do I update my account details?

Under 'My Account', click on the 'Customer Info' tab and fill up the updated details.

How do I contact customer service?

You can contact us via our official Customer Service email ([email protected]) or submit a query via Contact Us.

How does MYDUNIA use and protect my data?

Shopping Cart

How do I add an item into my cart?

Step 1: Click on the product.
Step 2: Select your preferred available options (Eg: size, colour, etc).
Step 3: Click the 'Add to Cart' button.

How do I change the quantity of items in my cart?

Step 1: Click the 'Cart' icon.
Step 2: Select the specific product and change the amount using the '+' or '-' icon.
Step 3: Click 'Update Shopping Cart'.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

Step 1: Click the 'Cart' icon.
Step 2: Select the product you wish to remove.
Step 3: Click 'Update Shopping Cart'.

Why is there an item missing from my cart?

An item is removed from your cart when it is no longer available for purchase.

Tracking & Payment

How do I track my order?

You can track your order status under the 'Order' tab. Shipping details can be found on the page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive upon payment?

Your order will be delivered within:

  • 3-7 working days for West Malaysia
  • 5-10 working days for East Malaysia

*The delivery period is also subjected to the courier service provider.

What are the payment methods available?

You can complete your payments via:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Online banking
  • E-wallet (GrabPay, Boost, MAE by Maybank2u, and Touch 'n Go only)

Returns & Refunds

How can I cancel my payment/order?

Unfortunately, cancellation is not allowed once payment is confirmed. This, however, is subjected to the conditions of each purchase.

Can I get a refund on my cancelled order?

Yes, you can. You will receive your refund once the cancellation request is approved and the item(s) is returned to the seller.

How do I apply for a return/refund?

You can request for a return/refund if you:

1) Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories).
2) Received the wrong product(s) (eg: wrong size, wrong colour, different product).
3) Received a product with physical damage (eg: dented, scratched, broken).
4) Received a faulty product (eg: malfunction, does not work as intended).

Please notify our Customer Service about your request within 24 hours of receiving the product(s). Every return/refund request is subjected to the conditions of each purchase.

In the event that your delivery status is showing "Completed" but you have not received your order, please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected]

When will I receive my refund?

Banks may take up to 45 days from the date of submission/refund or until your next billing cycle to process your refund.

How do I return my wrong/damaged goods?

You need to pack the item(s) to return and ship it back to the seller within 5 days from the date your return request is approved.

Do I have to pay courier charges when returning my order?

This depends on the reason for refund, either due to size changes, faulty items, etc.

Ratings & Reviews

Can I leave a product review?

Of course. We welcome product reviews to improve the shopping experience on MyDunia. To leave a review, go to the specific product page and click on the "Reviews" tab. Please note that only registered users can leave reviews.

Can I edit my reviews?

Unfortunately, reviews cannot be edited once they have been published.

Can I delete my reviews?

You cannot delete your reviews once they have been published. Please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected] for further assistance.

Where do I find the reviews that I've submitted in the past?

You can find your previously submitted reviews under 'My Account' > 'My Product Review'.

Booking

How many airlines and hotels can I book from MyDunia?

There are over 400 airlines, 2 million hotels and vacation homes worldwide available on our platform.

Where do I book flight and hotel?

You may visit our Travel page and start booking.

How do I book a flight?

Go to our Travel page:
Step 1: Select 'Flights'.
Step 2: Fill in your preferred departure destination, travel date and number of passengers, and click 'Search'.
Step 3: Select your preferred flight.
Step 4: Fill in your personal details.
Step 5: Proceed to make payment.
Step 6: Once payment is successful, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

How do I make a hotel booking?

Go to our Travel page:
Step 1: Select 'Hotels'.
Step 2: Fill in your preferred destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guest(s), and click 'Search'.
Step 3: Select your preferred hotel and room type.
Step 4: Fill in your personal details.
Step 5: Proceed to make payment
Step 6: Once payment is successful, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

Amendment and Cancellation

How do I amend my flight/hotel booking?

You may contact our Customer Service if you wish to amend your booking.
Please note that we cannot proceed with any amendment for non-refundable bookings.
*Booking amendment is subjected to additional fare differences and amendment fees.

How do I cancel my flight/hotel booking?

You may contact our Customer Service if you wish to cancel your booking.
For cancellation of non-refundable bookings, please note that the full amount will be forfeited.
*Booking cancellation is subjected to our service provider's terms and conditions and cancellation fees. 

Can I get a full refund for my cancelled booking?

You will be able to receive your refund once your cancellation request is approved.
However, the refund amount is subjected to our service provider's terms and conditions and cancellation fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Cash Rebate

What is Cash Rebate?

Cash Rebate is a form of cash discount given to our consumers when you purchase our products during the promotion period.

How Cash Rebate work?

We are given specific rebate percentage/amount for our promotions. The rebate value will be shown on the product listing page. You will receive the rebate in your account for your next purchase.

When will I receive my rebate amount?

The rebate amount will be credited to your account:
a) Travel - after the check-out date of your Flight/Hotel.
b) Shopping - after your order is successfully delivered.
